Esta vez sí... le llegó "la oportunidad al pueblo"; un excelente candidato a la Alcaldía de San Gil, un hombre carismático... listo...entregado a su pueblo... pero sobre todo "honesto"... exitos... Armando Villar Ruiz.... Porque usted es nuestro alcalde!

ya falta poco tiempo para que se defina y consolide el mapa político en San Gil 4 años pasaron en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y la Administración del Dr. Alvaro Agon esta entrando en su Recta final y los Candidatos por decirlo así mas fuertes eran Jesús Villar y Hermes Ortiz ya por su reconocimiento y posicionamiento en la opinión publica y su trayectoria política ahora Chucho no esta de candidato a la Alcaldía pero sera un Gran Diputado para Santander Vamos Dr. Hermes es su Oportunidad por un Mejor San Gil con Proyección Hermes Ortiz Alcalde 2016 - 2019
